Using advanced finishing options with ESPM on Windows PCs
ESPM offers advanced finishing options on MFDs, including stapling, hole-punching, booklet creation, and more. These features save time, ensure consistent quality, and deliver professional-grade document presentation.
Prerequisite understanding: Users should have a basic understanding of common printing techniques and properties for Microsoft Windows®.
The following provides an abbreviated step-by-step guide on how to proceed:
Context: ESPM’s advanced print capabilities include native finishing options that match the functionality users expect from a standard print driver.
Step 1: Open the document you want to print and go to File > Print
Step 2: Select the ESPM printer where you want the advanced finishing options to be applied
Step 3: Click “Printer Properties” (this will open the ESPM print client on your desktop)
Step 4: Click the “Advanced” tab
Step 5: Select the advanced finishing options you want to apply on the ESPM client screen
(Note: The available finishing options are set by the administrator in the ESPM admin portal.)
Step 6: Click “OK” to return to the print window
Step 7: Click “Print“
