How to Improve Fan Experiences

The Vegas Golden Knights are on their way to the Stanley Cup Final for the team’s inaugural season. The Western Conference Final held a watch party at Toshiba Plaza located outside of T-Mobile Arena.

Here a few ways to increase fan engagement at your sports arena or entertainment complex.

Enhance Experiences. Navigating through an arena can be a challenge. Arena concierge apps within Virtuoso allow fans to quickly locate their seats learn about upcoming T-Mobile Arena events and access detailed information and reviews on nearby restaurants and bars. Vegas Interactive by Toshiba, located on the main concourse. The area features Toshiba digital signage technology, including two 12-foot by 7-foot LED video walls, two 55-inch and one 65-inch Virtuoso interactive touch displays

Upgrade Engagement. Fans are there for a reason, they love their team and want to show how big of a fan they are on social media (aka make their friends jealous that they are at the game). Golden Knights fans are interacting with Toshiba’s 65-inch display and may have their photo taken with ‘3D digital doubles’ of iconic Las Vegas figures through an augmented reality app, MoFoto, which is compatible with Apple® iOS and Android™ smartphones. MoFoto brings games and events to life with its unique integration of augmented reality and digital signage. MoFoto layers digital content with the physical environment and a branded kiosk to provide a lifelike, virtual image of customers paired with a favorite sports figure, a celebrity, a company mascot or personality in a real-world environment—as if he or she were there with them.

Drive Awareness. Digital signage solutions can bring extra eyes to your event. At Toshiba Plaza, there is a 200-foot-long mesh LED screen facing The Strip that can display anything from animated video to live performances—like game five for Vegas Golden Knights.

Toshiba Plaza, a two-acre entertainment space fronting the arena, features three stages, four 40-foot-towers with LED screens, accent lighting and speakers with the best view of the arena’s stunning 200-foot-wide mesh LED wall. The plaza is ideal for concerts, broadcasts and much more.

At Toshiba, we help provide interactive experiences through with our Ellumina Digital Signage Services team. While we continue to cheer for a Golden Knights Stanley Cup win, let Toshiba help your business claim a victory with fan experiences.
