Getting Started

Administrators gain initial access to the ESPM portal through an authorized ESPM dealer. After receiving the initial administrative email and setting up their password, administrators can begin building their print environment.

To access the ESPM admin portal, visit:
http://esp.toshiba-solutions.com/login
(Make sure to include “/login” in the URL.)

Prerequisite understanding: Administrators must have access to the ESPM admin portal before proceeding.

The following provides an abbreviated step-by-step guide on how to proceed:

Context: Once an authorized ESPM dealer has properly licensed Elevate Sky® Print Management (ESPM), the administrator (or technician) needs to provision the MFDs for printing, apply any relevant administrative rules, and grant end-users access to the appropriate printers.

Here’s the fastest way to accomplish this:

Step 1: Perform a discovery to locate your MFDs on the network

Step 2: Provision the discovered MFDs to set them up for printing

Step 3: Add end-users to the ESPM directory

Step 4: Grant print access to users

Step 5: Send a Getting Started” invitation to end-users

Done!
