How to print to ESPM cloud queues
ESPM cloud print queues provide convenience, flexibility, and efficiency by allowing users to print from anywhere using internet-connected devices. With no need for local drivers or direct printer connections, this solution simplifies document management while maintaining seamless functionality.
Prerequisite understanding: Users should have a basic understanding of the ESPM client before proceeding.
The following provides an abbreviated step-by-step guide on how to proceed:
Context: ESPM utilizes a passive print client, enabling end-users to print without actively interacting with the client. Once the client is installed on the user’s desktop, the native File > Print options in applications will automatically display ESPM-allocated printers as available print options.
ESPM cloud printing enables users to send print jobs directly to the ESPM cloud print queue. Once submitted, these jobs can be retrieved and printed from any MFD authorized by the administrator. To utilize this functionality, the MFD must be configured for cloud queue printing.
