Retrieving print jobs sent to the ESPM cloud print queue


ESPM users can send documents to the ESPM cloud for printing. Once a print job is added to the ESPM cloud queue, the user can retrieve it from any ESPM-enabled print device assigned to the queue and allocated to their account.

Prerequisite understanding: Users should be familiar with the ESPM print client and have an allocated cloud print queue assigned to their account.

The following provides an abbreviated step-by-step guide on how to proceed:

Context: ESPM offers users the convenience of follow-me printing, enabling them to retrieve print jobs from any allocated MFD.

Step 1: Obtain your MFD Username and Password from the “Config” tab of the ESPM client

Step 2: Record your login credentials for future reference

Step 3: Open the document you wish to print and access the print dialog in the application you’re using

Step 4: Select the cloud queue printer from the available printer options

Step 5: Send your print job to your designated cloud print queue, just as you would with a traditional printer

Step 6: Go to any ESPM-allocated MFD and authenticate using your MFD User ID and password, or other credentials if password authentication is disabled by your administrator

Step 7: Launch the ESPM application

  • If the MFD control panel displays an ESPM login screen, enter the credentials available in your ESPM client
  • If the MFD control panel does not display an ESPM login screen, locate the ESPM launcher icon on the MFD control panel, then tap the ESPM launcher icon

Step 8: Tap the ESPM Printer icon displayed within the application on the MFD control panel

Step 9: Select the print job(s) you wish to release and tap “Print”

(Note: Adjust any finishing options, such as duplex or stapling, before printing.)
