How to utilize downloadable custom activity logs

Downloadable data analytics from ESPM empower users to analyze, share, and report key insights. Activity logs provide enhanced reporting customization, support data-driven decision-making, and offer access to historical data for auditing and compliance purposes.

Prerequisite understanding: The administrator should be familiar with the ESPM Administrator’s portal, custom reporting, and the activity log overview.

Context: ESPM enables administrators to customize activity logs and download them for detailed data analysis.

Step 1: Navigate to the “Activity & Reports” menu

Step 2: Click “Activity Log“

Step 3: Click the “Download CSV” button in the top-right corner of the screen

Step 4: Specify the date range for the activity log you wish to download

Step 5: Choose your preferred sort order for the report

Step 6: Click the “Columns” field and select or deselect the content you want to include or exclude from the report

Step 7: Click the “Download” button to finalize the process
