Pittsburgh Steelers Award Toshiba Five-Year Contract Extension
Toshiba America Business Solutions today announced it is renewing its contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers to continue as the preferred copier and service provider of the successful National Football League team. The deal extends the 10-year partnership for a minimum of five more years.
Toshiba’s industry-recognized e-STUDIO™ multifunction printers (MFPs) will continue to tackle the six-time Lombardi Trophy winners’ array of document management applications. The print fleet streamlines document workflow while improving the productivity of Steelers’ personnel throughout the team’s Heinz Field, UPMC Rooney Sports Complex, North Shore Place locations and Saint Vincent College training camp facility in Latrobe, Pa. Toshiba also supports the printing and document workflow needs of the Steelers’ four Pittsburgh-area Sidelines Stores’ retail operations.
“Toshiba has been a great teammate for us and we’re excited to continue this partnership,” said Ryan Huzjak, Pittsburgh Steelers vice president of sales and marketing. “The Toshiba product line and service are top-notch, and will continue to help our teams perform at a high level.”
Toshiba MFPs allow Steelers employees to produce vibrant collateral for sponsors, current and prospective season ticket holders, pre-game notes, halftime stats and game summaries for reporters as well as training and rehab programs for players. Toshiba’s products also deliver playbooks and sideline play-calling cards for Steelers’ coaches and players. Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin utilizes his personal e-STUDIO3505AC for scanning the team’s weekly game plans to his coaches’ and players’ tablets.
“We are excited to continue our longtime relationship as the official copier provider of the Pittsburgh Steelers,” said Mark Chepkevich, president, eastern region at Toshiba Business Solutions. “Our team is committed to providing innovative technology and expert services to help keep the team performing at its best on and off the field.”
