SENDING DATA WHILE PRINTING
Overview
This function sends data created in another application to addresses registered in the machine at the same time the data is printed from the machine.
This means you can complete two different processes - printing and transmission - with a single operation.
Register addresses in an address book and prepare each transmission function in advance. For details on how to register addresses in an address book, see "STORING ADDRESSES THROUGH DIRECT ENTRY", "STORING ADDRESSES THROUGH GLOBAL ADDRESS SEARCH", or "STORING ADDRESSES FROM IMAGE SEND LOGS".
- This function is available in a Windows environment.
- Printer driver PCL6 can use this function.
- When, in "Setting mode (administrator)", [System Settings] → [Printer Settings] → [Default Settings] → [Disabling sending while printing] is selected, data cannot be sent at the same time it is printed.
