NETWORK SCANNER SETTINGS
Subject Name Settings
The subjects that can be set for E-mail transmission are listed.
Adding or editing a subject
When the [Add] key is tapped, the subject registration screen appears. When you tap a subject, the registration screen for that subject appears. You can now edit it.
Deleting a subject
To delete a selected subject, set the checkbox at the right of "No." to and tap the [Delete] key.
File Name Settings
Adding or editing a file name
When the [Add] key is tapped, the file name registration screen appears. Up to 30 network folders can be registered.
When you tap a file name, the registration screen for that file name appears. You can now edit the stamp.

Deleting a file name
To delete a selected file name, set the checkbox at the right of "No." to and tap the [Delete] key.
Message Body Settings
The message body text that can be set for E-mail transmission is listed.
Adding or editing a message body
When the [Add] key is tapped, the message body registration screen appears. Up to 30 network folders can be registered.
When you tap a title of a message body, the registration screen for that message body appears. You can now edit it.

Deleting a message body
To delete a selected message body, set the checkbox at the right of "No." to and tap the [Delete] key.
Administration Settings
Administration settings related to the network scanner functions can be configured.
Advanced Settings
If the [Disable Selection of Reply-to.] is set to , you cannot select a reply-to address and the return destination of both "Machine Address" and "Reply Address" are used.File Naming
Adds a character string of the checked box to the file name of the scanned image data.-
When sending data to the same destination two or more times, set the [Unique Identifier] to not to overwrite the previously sent data by the new one.
