Address book information and user information stored in the machine can be saved to and retrieved from a USB memory device.
Export Settings
Exports data to a USB memory device.
Select the appropriate data from the [Export Settings Type] and tap the [Execute] key to export the data. You can set a password if needed.

Import Settings
Imports data, that you have saved in the USB memory device by "Export" option, into the machine.

Device Cloning
Saves the machine setting information in XML format and copies the information to another machine.

- You can import data only to e-STUDIO907 / e-STUDIO1057 / e-STUDIO1207.
- The following data is not copied when device cloning is performed:
- Count and device status display items
- IP address of the machine, device name, administrator password, sender names for image send, and other information that is specific to the machine
- The settings specific to each hardware such as screen contrast, Auto Calibration, and saddle stitch position fine adjustment
Address Book Forward
Forwards the address book of this machine directly to another multi-function peripheral.
Contact your dealer or the nearest "TOSHIBA Service Department" for advice on the machine for data importing.
This function cannot be used while Setting mode is in use, while a job is being executed, or when there is a reserved job.
