List Print (User)

Touch the [Print] key in each list to print a list of setting items or registered information on this machine.
List of Print Types
List name Description
All Custom Setting List Prints all hardware status, software status, printer environment settings, and paper tray settings.
Printer Test Page This is used to print the PCL Symbol Set List, various font lists, and the NIC page (network interface settings, etc.).

  • PS Font List
  • NIC Page
Sending Address List Lists can be printed of various addresses stored in the machine.
  • Individual List
  • Group List
  • All Sending Address List
Document Filing Folder List This shows the folder names for document filing.
To specify 1-Sided or 2-Sided Print, select "Setting mode (administrator)" → [System Settings] → [Device Control] → [List Prints].
  • The items that appear will vary depending on the functions that have been added to the machine.
  • You cannot print the printer test page if you have selected, from the "Setting mode (administrator)", [System Settings] → [Printer Settings] → [Default Settings] and if you have set the [Prohibit Test Page Printing] option.
