AUTOMATIC DELETION OF FILE
Overview
You can automatically delete filed data from its folder by simply setting a deletion time and folder name. You can protect sensitive information and increase free HDD space by periodic data deletion.
Data can be deleted once every day, every week, or every month, and a deletion time can be set.
For example, you can delete data from Quick File folder at 6:00 PM every Friday.

To automatically delete document filing data periodically:
In the "Setting mode (administrator)", select [System Settings] → [Document Filing Settings] → [Automatic Deletion of File Settings].Print the list to check your settings.
Once the automatic data deletion is set, all files are deleted from specified files at the specified time. Never store important files in the folders if automatic file deletion is set for them.

To print the file deletion cycle list:
- In the "Setting mode (administrator)", select [System Settings] → [List Print] → [Administrator Settings List], and print the list of administrator settings including document filing settings.

To print a list of deletion folders:
- In the "Setting mode", select [System Settings] → [List Print (User)] and print a list of folder names of document filing.
