Solutions Sales Architect

Position Summary:

Solutions Sales Architect supporting Professional Services will provide consultative support, analysis, and expertise with regards to Professional Services Solutions including; customer engagement, software demonstrations, and needs discovery and analysis.

Responsibilities:

·          Identify and recommend value added solutions where appropriate and facilitate implement plans as required. 

·          Identify problematic areas and implement solutions to address varying business processes.

·          Develop deliverables to include but not limited to: Software & Services Configurations, Scope of Work's, Business and Technical requirements, and assist in RFP responses.

·          Identify security gaps and develop countermeasure recommendations.

·          Support incoming sales opportunities with existing sales force and develop new customers in a defined territory.

 

Requirements:

·          Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology and/or equivalent work experience

·          5 years increasingly responsible experience in one or more of the following: professional services, design, sales, consulting or project management

·          CDIA, AIIM ECM certification preferred but not required

·          Proven experience gathering business and technical requirements and architecting solutions

·          Cross functional team experience a plus

·          Document Solutions and/or Consulting experience highly preferred

·          Ability to deliver successful projects and customer solutions

·          Strong positive written and oral communications and presentations skills

·          Travel required
