Responsibilities:


The Program Specialist will provide administrative, analytical and systems related support of programs, portals, implementation and database efforts. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Receive and track all TMBS orders
  • Create and maintain order repository
  • Request, track and consult on pricing
  • Maintain relationship with TBS billing personnel
  • Work with Ops and TBS to ensure order fulfillment and billing
  • Maintain account/territory assignments
  • Create/run pipeline/forecast reports
  • Inspection (activity, opportunities…)
  • Track and report on sales rep performance and results (monthly/qtrly/annual stack ranks) KPIs
  • Track and provide initial approval for commissions
  • Work with National Accounts and TBS to create TMBS order package
  • Administer and report on sales promotions and contests
  • Compile and report on business analytics


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Increasingly responsible business experience in marketing, sales, project management and implementation
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Previous hands-on experience working with customers, distributors or third party business partners
