    We are pleased to offer CAP Software as the engine to drive your customer's specialty retail business. This highly customizable solution will save time and effort from the front counter to the back office. This software offers a Windows® based solution that can be configured with either a keyboard or touch screen. CAP Software solutions are available on several Toshiba hardware platforms including: ST-A10, ST-B10, and ST-B20. Also, CAP Software is certified to work with the Toshiba TRST receipt printers, and it is certified to work with the Toshiba BEV4D barcode printer.

    CAP Software Bundles:

    CAP Software offers two levels of software.  Sellwise Pro provides all of the incredible features listed below plus a full customer database.  Cash ‘n Carry is a full featured entry level product targeting smaller retailers, and it excludes the customer database.  Both software packages offer:

    QuickBooks Accounting Link:
    If you use QuickBooks to manage your accounting, CAP Software has you covered by providing a direct link between both SellWise Pro and Cash ‘n Carry systems to your QuickBooks Pro accounting software.  This link lets you automatically export general ledger information (Sales, COGS, Tax etc) and accounts receivable data directly to QuickBooks to easily and accurately update your accounting without any double entry of your data.  Save time and keep your accountant happy with CAP Software’s QuickBooks Accounting Link.

    Inventory Checker:
    CAP Software has developed a robust Inventory Checker module, with a variety of counting and input methods, to help retailers manage the vital task of inventory counts and management.  Count by hand or with a wireless handheld data collector and use Inventory Checker to import your count data and compare it to your current inventory.  CAP Software provides detailed reports on any variances and Inventory Checker guides you through the updating and reconciliation process so you always know exactly what you have in stock.

    Video Surveillance:
    As surveillance concerns are essential to many retail businesses in order to provide a safe shopping experience, reduce theft, minimize shrinkage, and eliminate employee fraud, CAP Software integrates with a variety of video surveillance solutions to provide a complete video and data security solution to help retailers monitor their store no matter where they are.

    Time and Attendance:
    CAP Software includes a simple time clock module for your employees to use to clock in and out at the beginning and ending of their shifts.  The employees use their normal login code to access the time clock, and the interface is integrated with the normal CAP Software login screens, making it a seamless and easy to use process.  Managers can edit time clock reports and export hours for input into payroll systems.

    Payroll Deduction:
    CAP Software offers a simple way to track employee purchases made against their paycheck.  These purchases can be exported for input into payroll systems.  This automated process saves the retailer time and helps prevent disputes over charges.  The Payroll Deduction module offers individual accounts for each employee, preset charge limits, and automated employee notifications.

    Fintech:
    Fintech is an online billing service for alcohol suppliers to help reduce delays and compliance issues when billing retail customers like bars and restaurants.  Liquor and package stores can upload their CAP Software invoices to Fintech for billing to the customer, and the retailer is guaranteed to be paid within 24 hours.  Fintech provides a true EDI format that compliant in all 50 states for alcohol invoice billing and payments.  CAP Software’s Fintech integration will reduce billing and slow pay hassles.

    SIGIS:
    CAP Software’s direct interface to the SIGIS approved item list (IIAS) helps small pharmacies stay abreast of the current list of healthcare and prescription items that are approved for payment with Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).  Many small pharmacies are not able to accept these payments due to non-compliance with these new regulations, costing the retailer customer retention and future profits.  CAP Software’s direct integration with SIGIS will allow small pharmacies to compete with big-box competition by helping them stay in compliance with new and ever changing Federal regulations.

    FFL and BATF Reporting:
    CAP Software offers an ATF approved report format to help sporting goods stores and firearms retailers maintain Federal Firearms Licensing (FFL) compliance by tracking individual firearms by serial number, country of origin, date of entry, date of sale, and detailed customer information.  This report saves retailers countless hours of manual entry compiling this data for the required federal reports.
